Lets Prosper Surpasses AED 2 Billion in Assets Under Management Within Six Months of Launch

Lets Prosper, a smart property app where owners and tenants manage everything after the deal is done, has crossed AED 2 billion in assets under management just six months after launch, reflecting trust from owners, investors, and tenants.
“Most people never think about what it takes to manage a property until they’re the ones doing it,” said Brendon Baker, Co-Founder and Managing Director at Lets Prosper. “Hitting AED 2 billion in six months tells us owners were waiting for a better way to handle this. They just didn’t have one until now.”
The concept behind Lets Prosper is simple. Give owners and tenants a complete, real-time view of their properties and investments so they can make smarter decisions.
For owners, that means a personalized dashboard covering rental income, ROI tracking, and automated alerts for leases and notice periods. It also shows recent sale and rental activity, area-wide pricing benchmarks, and a consolidated view across multiple properties. This replaces the spreadsheets and scattered WhatsApp threads most owners currently rely on.
For tenants, the app offers a single place to manage leases and spending. Users can confirm they’re paying a fair market rate, stay on top of renewals, and keep documents organized and secure. It also helps them track progress toward eventually owning a home.
“We asked people what actually frustrates them about owning or renting property here. The buying process was rarely the issue,” said Lester Verma, Co-Founder of Lets Prosper. “It was always what came next: not knowing your numbers, missing better opportunities, or waiting on your broker to respond. That’s the gap we built Lets Prosper to close, and this milestone tells us we read the market correctly.”
The app is also backed by a dedicated support team. This includes Relationship Managers, Property Specialists from Range International Property Investments, and Mortgage Advisors from My Mortgage. Together, they ensure every asset on the platform is actively managed, not just tracked.
“The dashboard gives people the data. Our team makes sure that data leads to a decision,” said Nitin Chopra, CEO of Lets Prosper. “We’re not chasing scale for its own sake. We want to be the name people trust with their property once the deal is closed.”
Looking ahead, Lets Prosper plans to expand its reporting tools. It will also continue publishing its Dubai residential real estate market reports, tracking pricing trends, transaction activity, and community-level insights across the city.
